Early Start in Music

Chelsea began piano lessons at the age of six and has been committed to the instrument ever since. By the time she was 13, she was already playing for her church. Furthermore, by 15, she became a church pianist. Over the years, she has performed at Christian conferences, retreats, and events, accompanying soloists, choirs, and ensembles. These experiences helped her grow as both a performer and teacher.


Teaching Experience and Approach

Five years ago, Chelsea Westbrook began offering personal piano lessons and music classes at local private Christian schools. Her goal is to inspire a love for the arts, especially in young people, while helping to preserve music’s legacy. Each student receives a personalized learning plan. Additionally, Chelsea uses both rote and note teaching methods, emphasizing music theory and technique. She covers a variety of styles, including hymns, sacred arrangements, classical works, waltzes, marches, and ballads.

When Chelsea isn’t teaching or performing, she enjoys traveling, reading, and practicing photography. Additionally, she takes care of her animals, which include two horses, a dog, a cat, and several chickens.
